Units: The units consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The units are all furnished with the highest quality of furniture and fully equipped with top of the range appliances. Bath Towels andLinen for (6people) provided.DSTV, Dishwaher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Gass braai and visitors parking. are only some of the things you get when visiting DUZAMANZI.
Facilities: All the units have fabulous sea views overlooking the main beach of Ramsgate The beach is a mere 2 minute drive away and can be accessed from the Jetty using your own canoe. The complex boasts a lovely salt chlorinated pool with a wooden deck and a Braai area. The units are surrounded by beautiful gardens with peacocks roaming and the Vervet monkeys playing in the trees. There is an abundance of bird life and the frog choirs at night will enhance anybody’s life with the beauty of it. excellent security with access controlled remotes. All facilities are used at own risk.
Rates: Rates apply for Max 6 people and 1 lock up Garage. Rates may change without prior notice. A R500.00 Breakage fee will be asked and refunded when your flat has been checked. with an additional fee for the cleaning service
No cheques accepeted. Outstanding amount must be paid 10 days before arrival. If booking is made less then 10 days before arrival, full amount is payable immediatly. If deposit is not paid, the system will automatically cancel the booking.
REFUNDS: no Refunds for any late arrivals or early departures. No Refunds for short notice cansellations: one month out of season, not after the 10th of October for Dec/Jan season, not after the 10th February March/April seasons. Cancellation fee (if applicable) on any refund=25% of payment.
Noice: no noice before 7h00 and after 22h00. at all times Music, Tv's, Radio's etc must be played so that only you can hear them.
